Ambitions

Based close to Kilmarnock, Confida FM Limited (Confida) is a leading facilities management firm specialising in commercial cleaning, security and property management services.

Its clients span the public and private sectors and includes the NHS, Scottish Ambulance Service, East Ayrshire Council, Scottish Passenger Transport, Ryanair, Chemring and UTC Aerospace.

Solutions

The new IGF facility helped fuel the MBO process in May 2017. Previous bank lending had proved problematic and insufficient in delivering the quantum of working capital needed to harness growth opportunities.

The new asset based lending facility is solving this problem by providing the headroom necessary to take advantage of the exciting opportunities being enjoyed by Confida.
